AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRANBURY, TEXAS, AMENDING PARK CURFEW HOURS FOR CITY BEACH PARK INCLUDED IN ARTICLE 1.04 "PARK REGULATIONS" OF THE GRANBURY CITY CODE
SECTION 3.
Any person, firm, corporation or business entity violating this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined a sum not exceeding two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) per day for violations involving public health and sanitation. Each continuing day's violation under this Ordinance shall constitute a separate offense. The penal provisions imposed under this Ordinance shall not preclude Granbury from filing suit to enjoin the violation. Granbury retains all legal rights and remedies available to it pursuant to local, state and federal law.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 1.50 OF THE CITY OF GRANBURY, TEXAS, CODE OF ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR THE ADDITION OF NEW FEES; AMENDING ARTICLE 1.12 TO THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF GUIDELINES AND REGULATIONS RELATED TO COMMERCIAL FILMING IN THE CITY OF GRANBURY, TEXAS; PROVIDING FOR A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
