AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 01-819, REVISED ORDINANCE 19-18, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRANBURY, TEXAS, BY GRANTING A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF GRANBURY; REVISING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH; PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE CUMULATIVE OF ALL ORDINANCES; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS HEREOF; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
SECTION 1.
Ordinance No. 01-819, as amended, is hereby amended by granting a Specific Use Permit (SUP) on a 4.00-acre portion of land described as Lot 1, Block 1, Granbury Baptist Church Addition and a 4.00-acre tract situated in the Milam County School Land Survey, Abstract No. 348, addressed as 1200 Weatherford Hwy., within the City of Granbury, Hood County, Texas, and located within the Interim Holding [IH] zoned district, in general conformance with the Site Plan and Building Elevations attached as Exhibit 'A' and Exhibit 'B', incorporated herein.
SECTION 6.
Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be fined not more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00). Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
