The City of Lipan, Texas, will hold a Public Hearing in regard to the submission of applications to the General Land Office for Texas Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery Program grant funds.
The Public Hearing will be held at 7:00pm on September 25, 2017 at Lipan City Hall,105 E. Lipan, Lipan, Texas 76462.
The agenda will include: Citizen participation plan; Development of local housing and community development needs; Amount of GLO TXCDBG DRP funds available; Explanation of eligible activities in the programs; Use of past GLO TXCDBG DRP activities and funds; Amount of grant funds available to benefit low-to-moderate income persons; If applicable, minimizing displacement of persons by project activities; Citizens' views, proposals, questions and comments; Discussion of the application process.

Individuals who require auxiliary aids or services for this meeting should contact the City at least two days before the meeting so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
