The following Public Hearings will be considered by the PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION of the City of Granbury on Monday, January 25, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. The Public Hearings will also be considered by the GRANBURY CITY COUNCIL on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. All Public Hearings will be held within the Council Chambers of Granbury City Hall, 116 W. Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas.
1. Z-2016-01, Request of Robert Hubbard to Rezone the northern part of Lot 7, Block 3 of the Southtown Plaza Addition from Light Commercial (LC) to Heavy Commercial (HC). The property is addressed as 1441 N. Plaza Dr.
2. PL-2016-01, Request of Phillip Hope to Final Plat a 26.659 acre tract of land located within the J.A. Shipley Survey, Abstract # 550, and the John Hethington Survey, Abstract # 282 as Lots 18-33, Block 5, Lot 21, Block 7, Lots 2-6, Block 8 and Lots 4-15, Block 11 of the DeCordova Ranch Addition, Phase 2. The property is located north of the intersection of DeCordova Ranch Rd. and Lonesome Creek Rd. being northwest of the intersection of Rhea Road and Bob White Drive.
