Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at 7;00 P.M., a public hearing will be held by the City of Cresson City Council at the Cresson City Council Chambers, 8901 Highway 377, Cresson, Texas 76035, to receive public input on a request for certain variances from the City's Zoning Ordinance received from Gregory Byrne, M.D., Laura Byrne, and Michael A. Serrapica, regarding the property currently described as being all of Lot 8, Villas of Motorsport Ranch, Block B, Phase I, a subdivision in the City of Cresson, Johnson County, Texas, according to the plat recorded in Volume 9, Page 275 (Slide C-19), Plat Records, Johnson County, Texas, embracing all of said Lot 8. The request for variance includes the following:
1) a parking variance from Section 33-1, Off-Street Parking and Loading Requirements of the Zoning Ordinance;
2) a variance in lot width and side yard setback requirements from Section 20-3, Density, Area, Yard, Height and Lot Coverage Requirements of the Zoning Ordinance.
A copy of the Application for a Zoning Variance is on file at the City Secretary's office.
This meeting is open to the public. All interested parties are invited to attend. The Cresson City Hall is wheelchair accessible. Requests for accommodation or other services must be made 48 hours in advance.
