The following Public Hearings will be considered by the PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION of the City of Granbury on Monday, February 27, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. The Public Hearings will also be considered by the GRANBURY CITY COUNCIL on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. All Public Hearings will be held within the Council Chambers of Granbury City Hall, 116 W. 2. 4. 8. Z-2017-01, Request of The Island HOA to amend the Planned Development (PD) for Catalina Bay, Phase II adopted by Ordinance #06-116 and #10-429 to allow placement of a 96 square foot utility building in the common area. The property is located on Water's Edge Dr. and Island Dr.
9. SUP-2017-01, Request of Kelly Clark for a Specific Use Permit to allow an outdoor 'Amusement Center, Temporary' per the Zoning Ordinance. The consideration and motion on the SUP by Council also provides for procedural compliance for outdoor events with animals on the City Beach, per Sec. 1.04.002.f.2 of the City of Granbury Code of Ordinances. 10. PL-2017-05, Request of Jon & Susy Curtner to Replat Lots 11 & 12, Block 1 of the Olde Town at the Square Addition as Lot 12R, Block 1 of the Olde Town at the Square Addition. The property is addressed as 321 and 324 Turner Cir.
