PEARL ST, GRANBURY, TX 76048 brought suit under Cause No. C2023455 in the 355th District Court of HoodCounty, Texas, for PETITION FOR DECLARATORY JUDGMENT TO QUIET TITLE on the following described real property of which Defendant, EVA PEREZ, is a potential party of interest for the following property:
Lot 11 in Block 8 of Montego Bay Subdivision, in Hood County, Texas, as shown by Plat of said Addition recorded in Volume 2, page 43, Plat Records of Hood County, Texas. The property is known as 3620 Montgomery, Granbury, Texas 76048.
