The following Public Hearings will be considered by the PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION of the City of Granbury on Monday, July 8, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. The Public Hearings will also be considered by the GRANBURY CITY COUNCIL on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. All Public Hearings will be held within the Council Chambers of Granbury City Hall, 116 W. Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas. 1. SUP-2021-12 Specific Use Permit for Dwelling, Single Family, attached use in Central Business zoning; located at 210 E. Ewell St 2. SUP-2024-03 Specific Use Permit for Amusement center, commercial, outdoor use in Heavy Commercial [HC] District; located at 2440 E Hwy 377. 3. Z-2024-02 Zoning Change from Interim Holding [IH] to Planned Development/Light Commercial [PD/LC]; located at 2101 W US Hwy 377. 4. Z-2024-04 Amend the Planned Development/Light Commercial [PD/LC], Adopted Ordinance 23-01, to revise the development plan; located at 5260 E US Hwy 377. 5. Z-2024-05 Zoning Change from Residential - 7,000 [R-7] to Planned Development/R-7 [PD/R-7]; located at Loop 567 north of Nettie Baccus Rd. 6.
