Notice is hereby given that the City of Cresson has received a request for a revision of Exhibits B and F of the Planned Development Ordinance 2022-004 (Planned Development No. LF/LGI-PD) to allow for an additional 4.7-acres of Commercial Zoning in the southern portion of the planned development adjacent to Highway 377. The request also seeks to revise the zoning standards for the "Courtyard Villas" residential areas of the concept plan (Exhibit F). The entire 238.02-acre tract is located in the JM Hays Survey, Abstract No. 262, and the Joseph W. Randle Survey, Abstract No. 483, City of Cresson, Hood County, Texas, and generally located between Highway 377 and Old Granbury Road. A complete legal description of the property can be found on file with the City Secretary's office.
The City of Cresson will conduct a public hearing regarding the requested rezoning on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at 7:00pm at Cresson City Council Chambers located at 8901 Hwy 377 E, Cresson, TX 76035.
