On April 25, 2023, the Cresson City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2023-001, amending the Cresson Zoning Ordinance by changing the zoning of 1.440 acres described as Lot 1, Block 1 of the B.B.B.&C. R.R. Co. addition to the City of Cresson, Parker County, Texas, from Rural Residential "RR," to Planned Development "PD," and providing that any person, firm or corporation who violates the ordinance shall be fined not more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) for each offense; each day that a violation is permitted to exist is a separate offense.
