The City of Tolar, Hood County, Texas proposes to institute voluntary annexation proceedings to enlarge
And extend the boundary limits of said city to include the following described territory, to wit:
BEING 11.21 acres situated in RACHEL STORY SURVEY, Abstract No. 501, City of Tolar, Hood County, Texas, being a portion of certain tract of land described in the deed to Mike L. Combs and Wife, Judith Ann Combs, recorded in Volume 1107, Page 483, Deed Records, Hood County, Texas.
Zoning approval and replat of the property to Multi-Family Residential (MF), be requested at the time of annexation.
Zone request of the 8.8 acres situated in RACHEL STORY SURVEY, Abstract No. 501, City of Tolar, Hood County, Texas, being a portion of that certain tract of land described in deed to KB Properties, LLC, recorded in Instrument Number 2022-0009206, Deed Record, Hood County, Texas, from Agriculture (A) and Rural Residential (RR) to Multi-Family Residential (MF), subdivision and replat.
Zone request of the 1.01 acres at 500 W. 7th St., situated in RACHEL STORY SURVEY, Abstract No. 501, City of Tolar, Hood County, Texas being a portion of that certain tract of land described in deed to KB Properties, LLC, recorded in Instrument Number 2022-0009206, Deed Records, Hood County, Texas to be zoned to Rural Residential Zoning (RR), subdivision and replat.
The public hearings will be held by and before the City Council of the City of Tolar, Hood County, Texas on the 20th of March 2023 at 6:00 P.M and 6:15 P.M. at 8712 W. Hwy 377, Tolar Texas, for all persons interested in the above proposed annexation, rezone and replat. At said time and place, all such persons shall have the right to appear and be heard.
