NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The following Public Hearings will be considered by the PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION of the City of Granbury on Monday, December 12, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. The Public Hearings will also be considered by the GRANBURY CITY COUNCIL on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. All Public Hearings will be held within the Council Chambers of Granbury City Hall, 116 W. Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas.
1. PL-2022-14, Request of Jacob Stump on behalf of Calvary Church to Minor Plat a 10.381-acre tract of the Wright Williams Survey, Abs. # 574 as Lot 1, Block 1 of the Calvary Church of Granbury Addition. The property is located southwest of the intersection of Glen Rose Hwy. and Indian Mountain Ct.

14. SUP-2022-26, Request of Kelly Clark for a Specific Use Permit to allow an 'Amusement Center, Commercial, Outdoor, Temporary' per Zoning Ordinance Section 4.1. The consideration and motion on the Specific Use Permit by City Council also provides for procedural compliance for outdoor events with animals on the City Beach, per Sec. 1.04.002.f.2 of the City of Granbury Code of Ordinances. The property is located in the 500 block of E. Pearl St.
15. SUP-2022-18, Request of Guy Slimp on behalf of Sensato for a Specific Use Permit to allow a "Convenience Store with Gas Pumps" in a Light Commercial [LC] zoning district. The property is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Loop 567 and Hwy 51.
16. Z-2022-06, Request of Guy Slimp on behalf of Sensato to rezone a 13.7563-acre tract of the John Howard Survey, Abs. #717 and the Benjamin Green Survey, Abstract #197 from Interim Holding [IH] to Planned Development [PD] with a base of Light Commercial [PD/LC]. The property is addressed 5260 and 5284 US Hwy 377.
17. 21. O-2022-07, Request of the City of Granbury to amend a select sections of the City of Granbury Zoning Ordinance. The amendments proposed are to Article 4 - Permitted Uses and Article 12 - Definitions to add small implement dealerships and tractor sales.
22. O-2022-08, Request of the City of Granbury to amend select sections of the City of Granbury Zoning Ordinance. The amendments proposed are to Section 2.1.F - Special Exceptions and Article 11 - Supplementary District Regulations and Article 12 Definitions, to amend Solar Panel regulations.
