Notice is hereby given that the City of Cresson will consider a change in the text of its zoning ordinance, codified in Chapter 30 of its Code of Ordinances, concerning certain industrial uses and how they are permitted in "I" Industrial Districts. The amendment would allow only one specific use at a time for a property zoning Industrial by specific use permit.
The City of Cresson will conduct a public hearing regarding the requested rezoning change on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at Cresson City Hall located at 8901 Hwy 377, Cresson, Texas 76035. All interested parties are invited to attend. The Cresson City Hall is wheelchair accessible. Request for accommodations or other services must be made 48 hours in advance.
