A notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at 7:00 P.M. a public hearing will be held by the City of Cresson City Council at the Cresson City Hall, 8901 Hwy 377, Cresson, Texas 76035 to receive public input on a request to re-plat property described as being a Replat for, Lots 56, and, 57, Block 2, Hills of Bear Creek, Phase Three, an addition to Parker County, Texas in the ETJ of the City of Cresson according to the plat recorded in Plat Cabinet B, Slide 269 Parker County, Texas. Final Plat, Lot 56R, Block 2 Hills of Bear Creek, Phase Three an addition to Parker County in the ETJ of the City of Cresson Parker, Texas being more completely described by metes and bounds available for review in the City Secretary's office. This meeting is open for public comment.
