A public hearing will be held by the Granbury City Council at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at Granbury City Hall, 116 W. Bridge St., Granbury, TX 76048, to discuss and consider action to extend a moratorium, enacted on December 14, 2020 and extended on April 6, 2021 and October 4, 2021, staying the acceptance and processing of all plats and respective building permits in the eastern city limits and extra territorial jurisdiction, and to receive input from citizens regarding the extension of said moratorium as authorized by law and noticed pursuant to Texas Local Government Code 212.
