AN ORDINANCE AMENDING 5.02.03, FIRE INSPECTOR'S OFFICE, OF THE GRANBURY CODE OF ORDINANCES; providing for the ESTABLISHMENT AND DUTIES OF THE FIRE INSPECTOR'S OFFICE; PROVIDING FOR A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRANBURY, TEXAS.
Section 1.
That Article 5.02.003 of the Granbury Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to include the adoption of the amendments of 5.02.003 (a), (b) and (c) a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated by reference for all purposes, and which hereby replaces in its entirety Article 5.02.003, "Fire inspector's office established, duties" of the Granbury Code of Ordinances, previously adopted on October 15, 2013.
Section 4.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its date of publication and passage.
Passed and approved on this the 1ST day of December at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Granbury, Texas.
This ordinance is on file in the Office of the City Secretary, 116 W Bridge St and can be seen in its entirety Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
