The following Public Hearings will be considered by the PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION of the City of Granbury on Monday, June 13, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. The Public Hearings will also be considered by the GRANBURY CITY COUNCIL on Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. All Public Hearings will be held within the Council Chambers of Granbury City Hall, 116 W. Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas. 1. PL-2022-15, Request of Henry Becker and Janice Becker to Replat Lots 7-9, Block 3 of the Mesa Grande Second Filing Addition as Lots 7R and 9R, Block 3 of the Mesa Grande Second Filing Addition. The property is located in the 200 block of Siesta Ct. 2. Z-2022-04, Request of Store House Storage to rezone Lot 2, Block 1 of the Store House Storage Addition from Interim Holding [IH] District to Light Commercial [LC]. The property is addressed as 3706 FM 4. 12. HL-26 - Request of John Craddock to amend Historic Landmark HL-26 to rename the Stringfellow-Gilmartin House to the "Stringfellow-Craddock-Gilmartin House". The property is addressed as 322 W. Bridge St. 13. HL-19, Request of the City of Granbury to remove local historic landmark designation from the Old Granbury Hospital/Granbury Opera House Dorm. The property is addressed as 116 S. Houston Street. 14. O-2022-03, Request of the City of Granbury to amend select sections of the City of Granbury Zoning Ordinance pertaining to the addition of short-term rentals. Amendments proposed are to Section 4.1.A - Uses Permitted by District; Section 4.2 - Supplemental Standards for Land Uses; Section 11.2.D - Parking Table; and, Section 12.3 - Land Use Definitions. 15. O-2022-04, Request of the City of Granbury to amend select sections of the City Code of Ordinances pertaining to the addition of short-term rentals. Amendments proposed are to add Article 4.16 - Short Term Rental Regulations and Provisions; Article 6.06 - Smoking; Article 13.04 - Water System Rates and Rules; and, Article 13.08 - Electric System Rates and Rules. This item is scheduled for the July 5, 2022 City Council meeting. 16. O-2022-05, Request of the City of Granbury to amend select sections of the City of Granbury Zoning Ordinance related to Commercial District side building setbacks. Amendments proposed are to Section 5.15, LC - Light Commercial and Section 5.16, HC - Heavy Commercial.
