AN ORDINANCE, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 01-819, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRANBURY, TEXAS, BY AMENDING PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE NO. 01-789, CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF GRANBURY; REVISING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH; PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE CUMULATIVE OF ALL ORDINANCES; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS HEREOF; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
SECTION 1.
Ordinance No. 01-789 and Ordinance No. 01-819, as amended, is hereby amended by rezoning the hereinafter property and area; described as a 14.073-acre tract described as Lots 1-29, Block 1; Lots 1-10, Block 2; Lots 1-10, Block 3 and Common Areas A and B, Block 1, Harbor Lakes, Section 13, City of Granbury, Hood County, Texas, Recorded in Slide P-580, P.R.H.C.T, and being more fully described by Exhibit 'A' attached hereto and incorporated herein:
From Planned Development [PD] to Planned Development [PD] with standards and requirements as listed in Exhibit 'B' Planned Development Standards
SECTION 6.
Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be fined not more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00). Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
