The following Public Hearings will be considered by the PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION of the City of Granbury on Monday, January 10, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. The Public Hearings will also be considered by the GRANBURY CITY COUNCIL on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. All Public Hearings will be held within the Council Chambers of Granbury City Hall, 116 W. 1. CP-2021-06, Request of Peter Thomas for Timberchase to amend the Future Land Use Map contained within the 2016 Comprehensive Plan on approximately 12 acres situated in Robert Alway Survey, Abstract #4 from Retail/Office [RET] to Low Density Residential [LDR]. 4. SUP-2021-21, Request of Runco, LLC for a Specific Use Permit [SUP] to allow for a "Convenience Store with Gas Pumps" in the Light Commercial [LC] Zoning District. The property is addressed at 918 E. Pearl St.
5. Z-2021-15, Request of Snikwah, LP to rezone a 26.82-acre tract of the John Chenowith Survey, Abstract #108 from Interim Holding [IH] District to Single Family Residential District 8,400 [R-8.4]. The property is located west of Weatherford Hwy., north of Hunter Park.
6. SUP-2021-25, Request of Lars Anderson & Associates, Inc. for Home Depot for a Specific Use Permit to allow "Trailer Sales/Rentals", "Construction Equipment Sales/Rentals", "Portable Building Sales" and Outdoor Storage in a Heavy Commercial [HC] zoning district. The property is addressed as 415 E Hwy 377.
