Notice is hereby given that the City of Cresson has received a request for a change in zoning from Agricultural "A" to Rural Residential "RR" from Rana Land Development for a tract or parcel of land 82.52 acres, more or less, being part of the A. Fairchild Survey, Abstract 189, the J. Randle Survey, Abstract 476, and the John Howard Survey, Abstract 716 Hood County, Texas, being the same land described in deed as Tract I and Tract II, to Bottomline Real Estate Holdings, LP and Randy S. Healer, recorded as County Clerk's Instrument Number 2020-0001029 Official Records of Hood County, Texas and being more particularly described by metes and bounds. A complete legal description of the property can be found on file with the City Secretary's office.
The City of Cresson will conduct a public hearing to issue a preliminary report and a second public hearing to issue a final report regarding the requested rezoning change on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at 7:00 pm at Cresson City Hall located at 8901 Hwy 377, Cresson, Texas 76035. All interested parties are invited to attend. The Cresson City Hall is wheelchair accessible. Request for accommodations or other services must be made 48 hours in advance.
