THE ORIGINAL PETITION IS A SUIT FOR CIVIL, (REAL PROPERTY), as is more fully shown by Plaintiffs Petition on file in this suit, the nature of which suit is PLAINTIFF'S ORIGINAL PETITION on LOT 897, PHASE 11, INDIAN HARBOR SUBDIVISION, HOOD COUNTY, TEXAS ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN VOLUME 1, PAGE 104A (SLIDE A57A) PF THE PLAT RECORDS OF HOOD COUNTY, TEXAS and alternatively for declaratory relief concerning such property.
