The following items will be considered at a Public Hearing conducted by the ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT of the City of Granbury on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at 5:30 p.m., at Granbury City Hall, 116 West Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas.
1. ZBA-2021-02, Request of Tracy Bolt, All Seasons Self Storage for the following Special Exceptions: a) Section 11.2.A.11 - "Off Street Parking" to install gravel/flex base in lieu of concrete or asphalt paving in parking and maneuvering areas; b) Section 11.7.B.9 - "Roof Design Standards" to utilize a 2:12 roof pitch; and c) Section 11.7.B.12 - "Articulation Standards" to not provide articulation on a building 7,500 square feet to 30,000 square feet. The property is addressed as 1400 Weatherford Hwy.
A. § 551.071. Consultation with Attorney. The Zoning Board of Adjustment may convene in executive session to conduct a private consultation with its attorney on any legally posted agenda item, when the Zoning Board of Adjustment seeks the advice of its attorney about pending or contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the provisions of Chapter 551.
