The following Public Hearings will be considered by the PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION of the City of Granbury on Monday, September 21, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. The Public Hearings will also be considered by the GRANBURY CITY COUNCIL on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. All Public Hearings will be held within the Council Chambers of Granbury City Hall, 116 W. Amendments proposed by the City of Granbury are to Article 1, Sections 1.10.A - "Certificate of Occupancy" and 1.10.G - "Additional Types of Certificate of Occupancies and Compliance". The general purpose of the amendment is to clarify the application fee for Certificates of Occupancy. 21.
