AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLES 1.50 OF THE CITY OF GRANBURY, TEXAS, CODE OF ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR THE ADDITION OF NEW FEES AND AMENDMENT OF CERTAIN OTHER FEES ADOPTED BY SAID ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
ORDINANCE NO. 20-41
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 01-819, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRANBURY, TEXAS, BY GRANTING A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF GRANBURY; REVISING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH; PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE CUMULATIVE OF ALL ORDINANCES; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS HEREOF; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
SECTION 1.
Ordinance No. 01-819, as amended, is hereby amended by granting a Specific Use Permit (SUP) on the property located on an approximate 0.91 acre portion of land described as Lot 3, Block 5 of the Eastwood Village Addition, located at 4329 E Hwy 377, within the City of Granbury, Hood County, Texas, and located in the Heavy Commercial zoning district.
The Specific Use Permit (SUP) shall be issued to allow Auto Sales (Used), Boat Sales (Used) & Repair, Recreational Vehicle Sales (Used) & Service, and Trailer Sales or Rental, as defined by the City of Granbury Zoning Ordinance under the following terms and conditions:
a) The Specific Use Permit shall automatically expire 1 year from City Council approval, and;
b) All outdoor lighting including parking lot lighting, shall be directed away from any property zoned or developed for residential uses;
c) Shall not be used for the storage of wrecked vehicles or the dismantling of vehicles or the outside storage of vehicle parts;
d) All vehicles being stored for repair shall be screened from all public rights-of-way;
e) Display of vehicles for sale shall not encroach into any required maneuvering lane, parking area or fire lane.
SECTION 6.
Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be fined not more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00). Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 01-819, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRANBURY, TEXAS, BY GRANTING A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF GRANBURY; REVISING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH; PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE CUMULATIVE OF ALL ORDINANCES; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS HEREOF; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
SECTION 1.
Ordinance No. 01-819, as amended, is hereby amended by granting a Specific Use Permit (SUP) on the property located on an approximate 0.23 acre portion of land described as Lot 5, Block B, SW Parkway Industrial Park, located at 106 Pirate Drive, within the City of Granbury, Hood County, Texas, and located in the Heavy Commercial [HC] zoning district.
The Specific Use Permit (SUP) shall be issued to allow Auto Repair, Major, as defined by the City of Granbury Zoning Ordinance under the following terms and conditions:
a) The Specific Use Permit shall automatically expire 5 years from City Council approval (expires Sept. 1, 2025);
b) Shall not be used for the storage of wrecked vehicles or the dismantling of vehicles or the storage of vehicle parts; and
c) All vehicles being stored for repair shall be screened from all public rights-of-way. [shall be located inside the building off-hours, or screening shall be provided by the applicant for outside storage]
SECTION 6.
