Notice is hereby given that the City of Cresson has received a request from Baird, Hampton & Brown on behalf of JTM Development, L.L.C., to amend Section 17.3 of the Zoning Ordinance regarding the minimum lot width and minimum side yard size of property zoned as Rural Residential "RR".
The City of Cresson City Council will conduct a public hearing to issue its preliminary report regarding the requested amendment to Section 17.3 of the Zoning Ordinance, on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at Cresson City Hall located at 8901 Hwy. 377, Cresson, Texas 76035. All interested parties are invited to attend. The Cresson City Hall is wheelchair accessible. Request for accommodations or other services must be made 48 hours in advance.
