AN ORDINANCE, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 01-819, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRANBURY, TEXAS, BY GRANTING A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF GRANBURY; REVISING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH; PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE CUMULATIVE OF ALL ORDINANCES; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS HEREOF; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 01-819, as amended, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Granbury, is hereby amended by granting a Specific Use Permit (SUP) on the property located on an approximate 17.416-acre portion of land platted as Lot 1R, Block 1, Fleming Industrial Park and a 2.057-acre portion of Lot 1, Block 1, Eastridge Baptist Addition, addressed as 1909 E. Hwy 377, within the City of Granbury, Hood County, Texas, and located in the Heavy Commercial Zoning District [HC].
The Specific Use Permit (SUP) shall be issued to allow for 'Auto Sales, Used' and 'Auto Repair, Major', as defined by the City of Granbury Zoning Ordinance and in general conformance with Exhibit 'A' - Site Plan, attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance.
SECTION 5.
Any person, firm, or corporation, who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not more the Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
