AN ORDINANCE, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 01-819, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRANBURY, TEXAS, BY GRANTING A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF GRANBURY; REVISING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH; PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE CUMULATIVE OF ALL ORDINANCES; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS HEREOF; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 01-819, as amended, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Granbury, is hereby amended by granting a Specific Use Permit (SUP) on the property located on an approximate 5.66-acre portion of land described as Lot 1A, Aiken Subdivision No. One, addressed as 2800 E Hwy. 377, within the City of Granbury, Hood County, Texas, and located in a Heavy Commercial [HC] zoning district, and developed in general conformance with the site plan attached as Exhibit 'A' herein and bound to conformance with the following terms and conditions: 1. There shall be no expanded or intensified use of the drives along US Hwy 377. The expansion of the RV Park shall utilize access to and from Old Granbury Road. SECTION 5. Any person, firm or corporation, who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not more the Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
