AN ORDINANCE, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 01-819, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRANBURY, TEXAS, BY AMENDING ARTICL1, SECTION 1.6 - PLATTING PROPERTY NOT PERMANENTLY ZONED; AND ARTICLE 2, SECTION 2.3.D - COMMISSION CONSIDERATION AND REPORT; PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE CUMULATIVE OF ALL ORDINANCES; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS HEREOF; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 01-819, as amended, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Granbury, is hereby amended by amending Article 1, Section 1.6 - Platting Property Not Permanently Zoned; and, Article 2, Section 2.3.D - Commission Consideration and Report, as shown on the attached Council agenda and incorporated Exhibit 'A', a copy of which is on file with the office of the City Secretary.
SECTION 5.
Any person, firm or corporation, who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not more the Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
