AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7.2 (G) OF THE CITY OF GRANBURY ZONING ORDINANCE; ALLOWING FOR THE REMOVAL OF SIGNS AND SIGN STRUCTURES; GRANTING THE CHIEF BUILDING OFFICIAL AUTHORITY TO REMOVE CERTAIN SIGNS AND/OR SUPPORTING STRUCTURES; ASSESSING AN ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR SUCH REMOVALS; AMENDING ARTICLE 7.2 (A) DEFINITIONS ADDED; AMENDING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE CODIFIED AS ARTICLE 1.50 OF THE GRANBURY CODE OF ORDINANCES ORDINANCE NO. 19-89 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF GRANBURY OF TERRITORY MORE SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED BELOW AND GENERALLY COMPRISING A TOTAL OF APPROXIMATELY 39.818 ACRES OF LAND, MORE OR LESS, WITHIN THE MILAM CO. SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 348, HOOD COUNTY, TEXAS; APPROVING A SERVICE PLAN FOR SUCH TERRITORY; PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE CUMULATIVE OF ALL ORDINANCES; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR ENGROSSMENT AND ENROLLMENT; AND, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. SECTION 9. ENGROSS AND ENROLL The City Secretary of the City of Granbury is directed to engross and enroll this Ordinance by copying the caption, publication clause and effective date clause in the minutes of the City Council and by filing the Ordinance in the Ordinance records of the Town. SECTION 10. EFFECTIVE CLAUSE This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, and it is so ordained. PASSED AND APPROVED on this the 3rd day of December 2019. These ordinances are on file in the Office of the City Secretary, 116 W Bridge St. and can be seen in its entirety Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
