The following Public Hearings will be considered by the PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION of the City of Granbury on Monday, November 18, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. The Public Hearings will also be considered by the GRANBURY CITY COUNCIL on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. All Public Hearings will be held within the Council Chambers of Granbury City Hall, 116 W. 1. PL-2019-38, Request of DVinUSA to Final Plat a 3.787-acre tract of the Milam County School Land Survey, Abstract #348 as Lot 1, Block 1 of the Dolce Vita Addition. The property is addressed as 1101 Whitecliff Rd.

3. Z-2019-15, Request of Granbury 491, LLC to amend the Planned Development established by Ordinance 18-68 to allow modifications on "Pad 3" and "Pad 4". The property is located on the northeast corner of the intersection of Harbor Lakes Dr. and E. Hwy. 377.
4. PL-2019-46, Request of Ayra and Holly Roach to Preliminary Plat a 12.846-acre tract of the John Chenowith Survey, Abstract # 118 as Lots 1 and 2, Block 1 of the Roach Addition. The property is located approximately 500' east of the intersection of Weatherford Hwy. and Reed Rd.
5. Z-2019-16, Request of Richard Bates to amend the Planned Development/Patio Home (PD/PH) zoning district established by Ordinance 19-61 to allow modifications to the district standards. The property is located on FM 4, south of the intersection of FM 4 & Hwy 377.

7. SUP-2019-19, Request of Vicki Nivens for a Specific Use Permit to allow the operation of a 2-guest suite, "Un-hosted Bed & Breakfast". The property is addressed as 520 E. Bridge St.
8. SUP-2019-20, Request of Vicki Nivens for a Specific Use Permit to allow the operation of a 3-guest suite, "Hosted Bed & Breakfast". The property is addressed as 606 E. Bridge St.
9. SUP-2019-21, Request of Jim Leitch and Cathy Casey for a Specific Use Permit to allow the operation of a 1-guest suite "Un-hosted Bed & Breakfast". The property is addressed as 210 S. Lambert St.
10. O-2019-09, Request of the City of Granbury to amend select sections of the City of Granbury Zoning Ordinance. Amendments proposed by the City of Granbury are to Article 4, Section 4.1.A - Uses Permitted by District; Article 4, Section 4.2 - Supplemental Standards for Land Uses; and, Article 12, Section 12.3 - Land Use Definitions. The general purpose of the amendment is to clarify requirements for construction job trailers in residential districts.
11. O-2019-10, Request of the City of Granbury to amend Ordinance # 01-819, the City of Granbury Zoning Ordinance, Section 4.1.A - "Uses Permitted by District"; and Article 4, Section 4.2 - "Supplemental Standards for Land Uses" to clarify Site Plan requirements for Multiple-Family (MF) Zoning Districts.
12. O-2019-11, Request of the City of Granbury to amend Section 7.2.F Prohibited Signs and Section 12.3.C Sign Definitions of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Granbury, Texas. The general purpose of the proposed amendments is to allow for the municipal enforcement of abandoned signs.
