AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 01-819, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRANBURY, TEXAS, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION ON CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF GRANBURY; REVISING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH; PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE CUMULATIVE OF ALL ORDINANCES; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS HEREOF; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 01-819, as amended, is hereby amended by granting an amendment to Ordinance 17-72, PD-Townhome/Patio Home zoning district [PD-TH/PH] on Lots 1R5-1 through 1R7-1 and Common Areas 2R through 3R, Block 1, The Vineyards at Harbor Lakes Addition, within the City of Granbury, Hood County, Texas, filed as Slide P-627, being developed in accordance with the Exhibits B-C attached hereto, and all applicable exhibits and standards set forth in the establishing [PD-TH/PH] Ordinance # 17-72, and being more fully described as: An approximate 0.738-acre portion of land platted as Lots 1R5-1 through 1R7-1 and Common Areas 2R and 3R, Block 1, Vineyards at Harbor lakes Addition, also proposed to be replatted as Lots 2R5-1 through 2R7-1 and Common Areas 2R-1 and 3R-1, Block 1, Vineyards at Harbor Lakes Addition, attached as: Exhibit 'A' - Mets and Bounds Description SECTION 7. Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be fined not more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00). Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
