The following items will be considered at a Public Hearing conducted by the ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT of the City of Granbury on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 5:30 p.m., at Granbury City Hall, 116 West Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas.
1. ZBA-2019-03, Request of Greg & Charlotte Shea for a Variance to Section 5.14.C, "Height, Area, Yard, and Lot Coverage Requirements" to reduce the front building setback from 30' to 20' and to reduce the side building setback from 20' to 15'. The property is addressed as 118 N Thrash St.
2. ZBA-2019-04, Request of Diana Reyes Lois for a Variance to Section 5.14.C "Height, Area, Yard, and Lot Coverage Requirements" to reduce the side building setback from 20' to 15'. The property is addressed as 707 Paluxy Hwy.
3. ZBA-2019-05, Request of All Seasons Self Storage for a Special Exception to Section 11.7.B "Exterior Building Materials, Roof & Articulation Standards, Non-Residential Districts" to not install the required 80% masonry on proposed new buildings, and to reduce the minimum roof pitch from required 4:12 to 2:12. Request also includes a Special Exception to Section 11.2.A "Off-Street Parking General Provisions" to use flex base instead of the required concrete or asphalt. The property is addressed as 1400 Weatherford Hwy.
A. § 551.071. Consultation with Attorney. The Zoning Board of Adjustment may convene in executive session to conduct a private consultation with its attorney on any legally posted agenda item, when the Zoning Board of Adjustment seeks the advice of its attorney about pending or contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the provisions of Chapter 551.
