AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10; SECTION 10.03, SIDEWALK POLICY OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRANBURY, TEXAS; TO AMEND AND CLARIFY THE REGULATINS PERTAINING TO THE INSTALLATION OF SIDEWALKS WITHIN THE CITY; PROVIDING FOR A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
SECTION 1.
That Code of Ordinances, Chapter 10, Section 10.003 - Sidewalk Policy is hereby amended by amending Section 10.03 to read as shown on the attached Council agenda and incorporated Exhibit 'A', a copy of which is on file with the office of the City Secretary.
SECTION 5.
Any person, firm or corporation, who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not more the Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
