Notice is hereby given that the City of Cresson has received a request for a change of zoning from no zoning classification to Industrial, from Lori Oakes Calame and Cullen Calame for the initial zoning of a 5.948 acre tract described as Lots 2 & 3 in Block 1 of Calame Addition, an Addition to Johnson County, Texas, according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 9, Page 626, Plat Records of Johnson County, Texas, and situated adjacent and to the north and east of the City of Cresson (along State Highway 171).
The City of Cresson City Council will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at Cresson City Hall located at 8901 Hwy. 377, Cresson, Texas 76035. All interested parties are invited to attend. The Cresson City Hall is wheelchair accessible. Request for accommodations or other services must be made 48 hours in advance.
