The City of Cresson has received a Petition for Voluntary Annexation from Lori Oakes Calame and Cullen Calame for the voluntary annexation of a 5.948 acre tract described as Lots 2 & 3 in Block 1 of Calame Addition, an Addition to Johnson County, Texas, according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 9, Page 626, Plat Records of Johnson County, Texas, and situated adjacent and to the north and east of the City of Cresson (along State Highway 171).
The City of Cresson will conduct two public hearings regarding the Petition for Voluntary Annexation on Wednesday, February 13, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. at Cresson City Hall located at 8901 Hwy. 377, Cresson, Texas 76035. All interested parties are invited to attend. The Cresson City Hall is wheelchair accessible. Request for accommodations or other services must be made 48 hours in advance.
