The following Public Hearings will be considered by the PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION of the City of Granbury on Monday, May 16, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. The Public Hearings will also be considered by the GRANBURY CITY COUNCIL on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. All Public Hearings will be held within the Council Chambers of Granbury City Hall, 116 W. Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas.
1. PL-2016-06, Request of Tri-County Development, LLC to Final Plat a 6.748 acre tract of the W.G. Terrell Survey, Abstract # 562 as Lots 1-25, Block 1 of the Old Granbury Villa Addition. The property is located on Old Granbury Rd., west of Old Granbury Estates.
2. 5. SUP-2016-10, Request of Duane Hood for a Specific Use Permit to allow the operation of Animal Grooming and Kennels with Outside Pens. The property is addressed as 1514 Crossland Rd.
6. PL-2016-12, Request of William Resch to Preliminary Plat a 50.629 acre tract of the J. McCreary Survey, Abstract # 386 and the J. Stokely Survey, Abstract # 523 as Lots 1-7, Block 1 and Lots 1-3, Block C. The property is located north of the intersection of Hwy 377 E. and N. Cleveland Rd.
