NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS THAT:
The City of Tolar, Hood County, Texas proposes to institute annexation proceedings to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of said city to include the following described territory, to wit:
Lots 1-8, of the Parkview Place Addition II also known as 9000, 9004, 9008, 9012, 9016, 9020, 9227 & 9231 Parkview Circle, Tolar, Texas.
Plat approval and zoning of property to Residential (R-6) will be done at time of annexation.
A public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Tolar, Texas on the 18th day of June 2018 at 6:00 P.M. and at 6:10 P.M. at 8712 W. Hwy 377, Tolar, Texas, for all persons interested in the above proposed annexation. At said time and place all such persons shall have the right to appear and be heard. Of all said matters and things, all persons interested in the things and matters herein mentioned, will take notice.
