Notice is hereby given that the City of Cresson has received a request for certain variances from its Zoning Ordinance in connection with Lot 17 in Cresson Crossroads, Phase One, an addition to the City of Cresson, Hood County, Texas, according to the plat recorded in Slide C-126, Plat Records, Hood County, Texas. Lot 17 proposed to be zoned Multi-Family (MF) and Applicant, Rob Hughitt, have requested variances from the City's Zoning Ordinance related to MF Zoning, including variances from Article 4, Sections 20.4 (E) - Off Street Parking and Loading Requirements, 20.5 (D) - Architectural Features, and 20.7 - Exterior Resistant Construction. A copy of the Application for Zoning Variance is on file at the City Secretary's office.
The City of Cresson Zoning Board of Adjustments and the Cresson City Council will conduct a second public hearing on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at Cresson City Hall located at 8901 Hwy. 377, Cresson, Texas 76035. All interested parties are invited to attend. The Cresson City Hall is wheelchair accessible. Request for accommodations or other services must be made 48 hours in advance.
