The following Public Hearings will be considered by the PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION of the City of Granbury on Monday, May 21, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. The Public Hearings will also be considered by the GRANBURY CITY COUNCIL on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. All Public Hearings will be held within the Council Chambers of Granbury City Hall, 116 W. Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas. 1. TCP-2018-02, Request of Liberty G and C Land, Inc. to submit a Tree Conservation Plan (TCP) to allow for the removal and mitigation of protected trees in conformance with Article 13 of the Zoning Ordinance. The property is located on Water's Edge Dr., north of Cliff Swallow. 2. PL-2018-16, Request of Hope Builders and Development, LLC to amend the Preliminary Plat of Ranches at DeCordova, containing 115.833 acres of the J.A. Shipley Survey, Abstract #550, the J.W. Middleton Survey, Abstract # 368, the John Heathington Survey, Abstract # 282 and the John Teague Survey, Abstract # 842. The property is located on Rhea Rd. 17. PL-2018-14, Request of Hope Builders & Development, LLC to Final Plat Lots 2-4, Block 7; Lots 13-19, Block 8; Lots 6-11, Block 9; and Lots 8-18, Block 10, Ranches at DeCordova Phase 3, being 18.239 acres situated in the J.A. Shipley Survey, Abstract #550, and located east of the intersection of Davis Rd and DeCordova Ranch Rd. 18.
